Brian Soi was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He got his career started playing college football at Utah State. After Graduating, at the age of 21, he played as an undrafted player for the Miami Dolphins. The following year Soi was also undrafted on the New York Giants and played in their off season. As of April 14, 2009 Soi was signed by the Green Bay Packers on their active roaster as a free agent. He was later released before the season opener.
