Packers Sign Second Round Defensive End Mike Neal

By Packers Tickets Fan Paul (07/27/2010 02:04 PM)

Packers Sign Mike Neal

The Packers have high hopes for their new defensive end Mike Neal.  Neal played at Purdue, and made 99 tackles over a four year span as a Boilermaker.  He accomplished that feat playing in only 23 games.  25% of his tackles were for a loss.  As training camp begins in just a few days, the Green Bay Packers hope to have their draft picks signed and in uniform in short order.

Atari Bigby 2010 Hold Out

Atari Bigby is still holding out.  He is the only veteran that has not inked a deal with the Packers. Bigby had four interceptions in 2009, and amassed 49 tackles.

By Packer Fan Phil (07/23/2010 04:19 PM)

Green Bay Packers Might Place Al Harris On "PUP" List for Six Weeks

By Packers Tickets fan Paul (06/29/2010 11:48 AM)

Al Harris

35 Year Old Packers Cornerback May Get Six More Weeks To Heal

The knee injury Packers cornerback Al Harris suffered late last season, may bring an end to his football career.  At least that's what some sports writers are saying.  If you ask Harris, he says that he has no doubt that he will return for another season.  With Harris sidelined Tramon Williams did a fair job of covering the secondary.  Having Harris back would certainly help the Packers chances in 2010.

Al Harris Has High Hopes To Return To Lambeau Field

Al Harris tore so many ligaments in his knee, that some think he is dreaming when he says he's coming back to Lambeau Field.  The first reports stated that he would be back to full speed by May of 2010.  That has now changed to a week by week guessing game.  He admitted that athletes don't come back from the level of injury he suffered.  He is running once again, but can he cover those speedy wide receivers?  We will find out at some point during the Packers minicamp.

Mike McCarthy Sees Change In Green Bay Packers Minicamp

The Green Bay Packers earned a well deserved break after a nearly every player made the effort to attend mini camps and practices since March.  As injuries have kept 11 players off the field, the others have taken up the slack.  Mike McCarthy noted that this team got their work done in short order, and cut the last day of drills.
